We really needed a day of rest and fellowship in Greenwood. Mark and Polly were amazing hosts. We caught up more around the table with Mark sharing a bunch of stories about how God is working in his life and in his family's lives. If you haven't spent some time with Mark and Polly, I would highly recommend it. We toured the Country Rest Home as well as the retirement community houses that Mark runs in what Mark calls a kingdom enhancing enterprise.

Mark tolerated my request for an golf adventure. He hosted his son Tim and I to a round of golf at his home course. I was definitely playing out of my league with these guys. Mark was 1 over par after 12 holes (before he got a few bogies). Tim is a fine golfer as well and I'm sure he could school his dad at any point. The golf was fun and the fellowship even better. When we returned from golf, we hopped into the pool for a bit of refreshment.
